Privacy Policy

This policy covers christossanford.com and how 107 West First LLC, doing business as The Original Christo's ("we" or "us"), handles information from people who use the site, contact us, or sign up for text messages.

What we collect

• What you send us. Our contact form asks for your name, email address, message, and optionally a phone number. We also receive whatever you include when you call, email, or message us.
• Text message details. If you join a text program, we keep your mobile number, when and how you agreed, and the messages sent and received.
• Basic server logs. Like nearly every website, our web host records technical details of each visit, such as IP address, browser type, pages requested, and the time. These are used to keep the site running and secure.

This website does not set its own cookies, and it does not use analytics or advertising trackers. We do not ask for payment details on this site.

How we use it

• To answer your question, and to handle catering, private events, and other requests.
• To send text messages you have agreed to receive.
• To keep the site working and secure, and to meet legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

Text messages

We only send marketing text messages to people who have opted in. Giving us your phone number on the contact form, or calling us, does not sign you up for marketing texts.

• Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help.
• Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of buying anything from us.
• Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except the service providers that help us deliver messages, who may not use it for anything else. Automated and AI assistants

We may use automated or AI-powered tools, including tools provided by Google, to answer questions about things like our hours and menu, or to help with calls and requests. When you use one of these tools, what you say or type, and your phone number if you call, may be processed by that provider under its own privacy terms. If a call is recorded, you will be told at the start of the call.

Who else handles your information

• Service providers. Our web host runs this site, and contact form messages are delivered to our Google Gmail mailbox. Providers like these handle information on our behalf.
• Google Fonts. Our pages load their typefaces from Google, which receives your IP address when that happens.
• Ordering and other outside sites. Links to Toast, Slice, DoorDash, Uber Eats, ezCater, Google Maps, Instagram, Facebook, and Yelp take you to sites we do not run. When you order or browse there, their own privacy policies apply.
• Legal reasons. We may disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect our rights and the safety of our guests and staff.

How long we keep it, and your choices

We keep messages for as long as they are useful for answering you and for our records. You can ask us to tell you what we have about you, correct it, or delete it, and we will do so unless the law requires us to keep it. No website or mailbox is perfectly secure, so please do not send sensitive details such as card numbers through our contact form.

Children

This site is for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the effective date.
